GPS Tracking for Construction Machinery and Tools

Benefits

Increased productivity
Cost efficiency
Reduction of theft and loss
Optimized equipment management

In the construction industry, attachments for machinery are frequently misplaced or stolen. Recovering or replacing these devices often poses significant challenges, resulting in lost time and resources.

The Cobblestone GPS Tracker offers a reliable solution to prevent the loss and theft of construction machines and their attachments. The device operates cable-free and requires no regular charging, with a battery life of up to four years. This enables efficient tracking of machines and equipment, saving valuable working hours that would otherwise be spent searching. The result is increased productivity and reduced costs.

The tracker can be individually configured: tracking profiles and motion sensitivity can be adjusted. It can be set to react to minor movements or only to larger accelerations. Additionally, a GPS tracking timeout can be defined to obtain a position update if the device remains stationary.

Another advantage of the GPS tracker is that it does not require monthly fees or regular recharging. Its long battery life is particularly important, as many machines operate in locations where charging is difficult or impossible.

The tracker is shock-resistant and built to withstand extreme environmental conditions such as high temperatures, dust, and water. This makes it ideal for use on construction sites, where it endures the stresses associated with heavy machinery operation and ensures reliable location tracking in demanding work environments.

The GPS tracker has already proven its value in practice: currently, 25 devices are in use at our Southern Bavaria branch. Its robustness and long lifespan make it a valuable tool for daily operations.
