A robust and seamless IT landscape forms the foundation, comprising a high-performance IT infrastructure and application environment. It enables the use and holistic management of cloud computing, mobile computing, data analytics, social media, IoT, big data, AI, and software-defined networks.

We use Planon as an operational solution platform for technical services. It is fully integrated with our SAP S/4 HANA ERP system, which is being consistently rolled out across the entire SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria organization. Mobile apps, such as Mobile Field Services and job dispatch, collaborate directly with the platform, enabling optimal workflows. 

To comprehensively implement data-driven solutions and intelligent analyses, we have established a Data Integration Platform. This platform was developed in collaboration with our subsidiary bridgingIT and integrates exciting use cases such as procurement reporting and FM analytics.

Another key component is our in-house ChatGPT instance, AIWA, which enables the development of AI assistants. Since SPIE’s proprietary solution does not transmit information to the public cloud, data privacy is fully ensured.
