What we offer!
SPIE is the independent European leader in multi-technical services for the energy and communications sectors. With 55,000 employees, SPIE works alongside its customers to drive the energy, digital and industrial transitions.
For data centers and energy substations, SPIE provides a full spectrum of services across the entire value chain, ranging from design and build to operate.
SPIE delivers sustainable, green solutions, supports customers in planning, servicing and operating their energy and digital networks. Our shared goal is to fight climate change and reshape our living environment by accelerating the transition to a sustainable future.
FOR NEW BUILDS AND CONVERSIONS
We support data center operators and infrastructure developers from the first concept to a construction-ready plan. For new projects and conversions, we coordinate all disciplines across HOAI phases 1–8 (RIBA stages 1–5) to deliver a solution that meets requirements today and stays flexible for tomorrow.
By bringing architecture, structure, and building services together early, we cut interfaces, reduce rework and focus on what matters most: security, scalability and energy efficiency.
Key services during this phase include:
Architectural, structural & civil design
MEP engineering
Due diligence & expert surveys
Building physics (thermal & acoustic)
Project management & site supervision
BIM coordination
Sustainability & certification (e. g. LEED, DGNB)
Fire protection & safety concepts
Customized planning incl. AR/VR
