FOR NEW BUILDS AND CONVERSIONS

From initial concept through build-ready solutions, SPIE supports Data Center operators and infrastructure developers across all stages of project planning. Services cover both greenfield developments and conversions, with full coordination of all technical disciplines in line with HOAI phases 1–8 and RIBA stages 1–5.

Digital Realty Germany GmbH

Digital Realty maintains a significant global footprint, encompassing more than 300 data centers across over 25 countries and 50 major metropolitan areas. Frankfurt serves as a pivotal European hub, hosting more than 20 of these facilities.
