Design

FOR NEW BUILDS AND CONVERSIONS

During the design phase, we assist data center operators and infrastructure developers from the initial concept to solutions that are ready for construction. We handle planning for both new constructions and conversions, coordinating all technical disciplines through HOAI phases 1–8 (RIBA stages 1–5) to guarantee infrastructure that is compliant and prepared for the future. This phase is essential for seamless construction and effective functioning. Our teams, which draw on multiple fields of expertise, incorporate architecture, structural engineering, and technical systems from the very beginning, emphasizing security, scalability, and energy efficiency.
